Shipping Policy – Online Orders Only

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to online purchases made at www.fashionangel.ie.

1. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using the following services:

  • Ireland, Northern Ireland & EU: DPD Courier, An Post Standard

  • Europe & USA: An Post Standard, Registered Post, DPD Courier (where available)

  • Worldwide: An Post Standard, Registered Post

  • USA only: An Post Express

The available shipping options for your location will be shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched on the next working day after the order is placed.

  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday are dispatched on Monday.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • the weight of the products

  • the weight of the packaging (envelope or parcel)

  • the destination country

  • the selected shipping method

The system always selects the lowest available shipping cost for your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Ireland

  • DPD Courier: 1–2 working days (tracking + insurance)

  • An Post Standard: 2–3 working days (no tracking, shipped at buyer’s risk)

United Kingdom

  • Standard Post: approx. 3 working days (no tracking, shipped at buyer’s risk)

  • DPD Courier: approx. 2 working days (tracking + insurance)

European Union

  • Standard Post: approx. 5 working days (no tracking, shipped at buyer’s risk)

  • DPD Courier: approx. 3–4 working days (tracking + insurance)

Other European Destinations

  • Standard Post: approx. 6 working days (no tracking, shipped at buyer’s risk)

  • Registered Post: approx. 7–12 working days (tracking + insurance)

United States

  • Standard Post: approx. 7–10 working days (no tracking, shipped at buyer’s risk)

  • Express Post: approx. 5–6 working days

  • Registered Post: approx. 7–10 working days (tracking + insurance)

Rest of the World

  • Standard Post: approx. 7–14 working days (no tracking, shipped at buyer’s risk)

5. Important Notes

  • Delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, courier backlogs, or other factors outside our control.

  • Fashion Angel Limited cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Responsibility for Untracked Shipments

  • An Post Standard and other untracked postal services are shipped entirely at the buyer’s risk.

  • If a parcel sent via Standard Post is lost or delayed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

  • We can assist with a lost/delayed item claim only for:

    • Express Post

    • Registered Post

    • DPD Courier

These services include tracking and insurance.
