Fashion Angel – Online Orders Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply only to purchases made online at www.fashionangel.ie. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.
1. Company Information
The online store www.fashionangel.ie is owned and operated by:
Fashion Angel Limited Certificate of Registration No. 633767 Registered by the Registrar of Business Names, 14 Parnell Square, Dublin 1, Ireland.
2. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are valid at the time the Customer places the order.
Fashion Angel Limited reserves the right to update prices, add new products, or withdraw products from sale at any time.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery
Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the delivery address.
Delivery method is selected by the Customer during checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.
Fashion Angel Limited is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been received.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at info@fashionangel.ie.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following online payment methods:

Revolut Pay
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
6. Returns & Refunds (Online Orders Only)
Customers may return online purchases within 7 days of receiving the order.
Before returning goods, the Customer must contact us by email at info@fashionangel.ie and provide the reason for return.
Returned items must be:
unused, unworn, unwashed
in original packaging
with all tags intact
accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear (including “tried on for a few minutes”) cannot be accepted.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are processed within up to 7 working days.
Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable.
The Customer is responsible for the return postage.
Fashion Angel Limited is not liable for returned goods lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a tracked service.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of receiving the order.
The Customer must notify us by email before sending the item back.
The email must include a description of the item being returned and the item requested in exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. Items Not Eligible for Return
Personalised or custom‑made items requested by the Customer.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use.
9. Complaints
All complaints should be submitted by email to info@fashionangel.ie or by post to:

The complaint should include:
description of the issue
date the issue occurred
photos of the damaged or faulty item (if applicable)
We will respond within up to 10 working days. If more time is needed, we will keep you updated.
10. Liability
Fashion Angel Limited is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
We are not liable for losses resulting from courier delays or lost return parcels.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
11. Personal Data & Privacy
Customer data is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer service.
Personal data is not shared with third parties except where required to complete delivery or payment processing.
Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with GDPR.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and all online purchases are governed by the laws of Ireland and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
